AEOLIS. Kyme. Circa 155-143 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 35 mm, 17.01 g, 12 h), Kallias, magistrate, circa 143/2. Diademed head of the Amazon Kyme to right. Rev. KYMAIΩN - KAΛΛIAΣ Horse prancing right; below raised foreleg, one-handled cup; all within laurel wreath. E-E&E-Ö, Phase III, 31 (same dies). Oakley obv. die 19. SNG Copenhagen 103. SNG von Aulock 1636. Lightly toned. Struck slightly off center and with light marks and very minor weakness, otherwise, extremely fine.
